Having written choral music, small ensemble music and solo piano works, writing was never an arduous task for Dion. It wasn't until he began delving into the singer-songwriter world toward the end of 2014 that his first pieces began to show promise; preparing for an exchange/study abroad program to George Washington University (GWU), Washington D.C through the University of New South Wales, Sydney. During his spare time between course work, he continued to work on his growing number of pieces, culminating in a show, premiering eight original songs. Performing for friends at GWU in Phillips Hall (B120), in May 2015, was the 'aha' moment. He would then return home, book Albert Studios, Sydney, and premiere his acoustic album of originals, 'Suddenly', on the 5th of December, 2015 in concert. He has since performed the show at the Teatro Municipal de Nova Friburgo, Brasil, in August 2016 after learning the language and spending time with friends and family.

Bordeaux
Encouraged by the music and rhythm of his time in Brazil, this style and groove introduces the listener to a wider variety of the musical pallet Dion loves. ____________________________ The disconnect between Australia and the Canberra bubble is a generational infuriate.
"I don't give up when you say no, I know something that you don't know. There's fire deep down within these bones. Right now's just grooves. Prepare to blow"
